EditPad is een krachtige teksteditor. Oorspronkelijk werd hij enkel ondersteund door windows, maar na verzoeken van Linuxgebruikers werd er alrighteen Linuxversie uitgebracht.
Ctrl+Home – Move to the start of the document
Ctrl+End – Move to the end of the document
Shift+Ctrl+Home – Select everything from the current position of the text cursor to the start
Shift+Ctrl+End – Select everything from the current position of the text cursor to the end
Ctrl+Arrow Left – Jump to the next word
Ctrl+Arrow Right – Jump to the previous word
Ctrl+Backspace – Delete the start of the current word
Ctrl+End – Delete the end of the current word
Shift+Ctrl+Backspace – Delete the start of the current line
Shift+Ctrl+End – Delete the end of the current line
Ctrl+Arrow Up/Arrow Down – Quickly scroll the text without moving the text cursor and without moving your hands away from the keyboard
Shift+Tab – Indent or unindent a block of lines
Ctrl+Alt+Y – Delete lines
Shift+Ctrl+Alt+Y – Duplicate lines
Ctrl+D – Duplicate text
Ctrl+M – Move text
Ctrl+Shift+B – Begin Selection
Ctrl+Shift+E – End Selection
Shift+Ctrl+D – Expand Selection
Ctrl+Z – Undo
Ctrl+Y – Redo
Insert – Toggles between insert and overwrite mode
Ctrl+A – Select all
Shift+F5 – Go to previous editing position
Shift+Ctrl+] – Insert Matching Bracket
Page Up/Page Down – Move the text cursor up or down an entire screen
Home – Move the text cursor to the Beginning of the line
End – Move the text cursor to the End of the line
Ctrl+X – Cut
Shift+Ctrl+X – Cut Append
Ctrl+C – Copy
Shift+Ctrl+C – Copy Append
Ctrl+V – Paste
Shift+Ctrl+V – Swap With Clipboard
