Refund and Returns Policy
Return Period
– We offer a 60-day return period for all purchases – The return period begins from the date of delivery – Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order – Returns requested after 60 days will not be accepted
Eligible Items
Returnable Items – Unused software licenses – Inactivated product keys – Slightly used products in acceptable condition
Non-Returnable Items – Activated software licenses – Downloaded software – Used or installed products that do not meet acceptable “slightly used” condition – Services that have already begun – Customized products or services
Return Process
Initiating a Return
- Contact our customer service team within 60 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Follow the provided return instructions
Return Instructions – Package items securely in original packaging if possible – Include the RA number on the outside of the package – Ship returns to: 264 S Pickett St, Alexandria, VA 22304, USA – A prepaid return label will be included for eligible returns at no cost to the customer
Refund Information
Refund Processing – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method – Processing time: 7 business days after receiving the return – A prepaid return label is provided for returns (no cost to the customer for eligible returns) – Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Refund Amount – Full refund for items returned in new or slightly used acceptable condition – Partial refund may be issued for damaged or incomplete returns – No refund for items that don’t meet return criteria
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged Items – Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery – Include photos of damage with your return request – We will cover return shipping for damaged items – Replacement or refund will be processed upon inspection
Incorrect Items – Report incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery – We will send a return shipping label – Correct item will be shipped once return is received – No additional charges for shipping correct items
Cancellations
– Orders can be cancelled before processing begins – Cancellation requests after shipping will follow return policy
Exchange Policy
– Exchanges are accepted for eligible products – Contact customer service to arrange an exchange – For faster processing, customers may also choose to return the unwanted item and place a new order
Digital Products and Services
– Digital product returns subject to verification of non-use – Service cancellations handled according to service agreements – Activated licenses are non-returnable
Quality Guarantee
– All products guaranteed to be in working condition – Technical support available for installation issues – Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost
